• Can I return my order?

    Where animal feedstuffs are concerned, you are unable to return an order due to biosecurity reasons.

    Where product packaging is damaged, you must please mention this on the drivers delivery line and then contact our team on (+44) 01698 791919.  For any others problems related to animal feed intakes, please also contact us on the number supplied.

  • Can I track my order of animal feed?

    We aim to provide the best tracking service possible, when your order is produced and shipped you will receive notification of this. We work with multiple different Pallet Networks who have their own method of order tracking. Our main haulage partner is Palletline and on the day of delivery you will receive an order delivery text from them suggesting a time slot for your order.  This service requires providing a mobile phone number on your order.   • Can I cancel my animal feed order?

    All of our feedstuffs are made fresh for each order, therefore unfortunately cannot be cancelled once shipped and invoiced.  We endeavour to produce feeds quickly once receiving an order, so if circumstances change immediately after ordering, please call (+44) 01698 791919 to check on order status.

  • How can I leave feedback?

    We would be delighted to receive any feedback on our products.  You can do this on the relevant product page.

  • When will the animal feed order be delivered?

    All of our animal orders are made fresh and if ordered before 12 Midday, then will be shipped on the day following. 

    Standard UK delivery time for orders over 100Kg in weight is 3 working days*

    Standard UK delivery time for orders of 100Kg and under is 2 working days*
